By using the Website, creating an account, subscribing, or purchasing any digital product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.


1. What DigitalMark Provides

DigitalMark sells educational digital products—including ebooks, guides, templates, checklists, and other downloadable or online materials—designed to help people begin and grow different kinds of businesses. Topics may include digital marketing, digital products, online selling, and other business-related subjects depending on the specific product.

When you purchase a DigitalMark product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product for your own purposes.

  • Claim DigitalMark materials as your own,

7. Refunds and Returns (Digital Products)

Because digital products are delivered immediately and can be copied, all sales are generally final.

We may provide refunds only in limited cases such as:

  • Duplicate purchase (same product purchased twice),
  • Technical access issues that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time,
  • Other cases required by applicable law.

Refund requests must be sent to digitalmarkph@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase and must include your order number and details of the issue.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind,
  • Lack of results or income,
  • Failure to implement the materials,
  • Misunderstanding of product scope (please read product descriptions before purchasing).

8. Promotions, Discounts, and Free Offers
